The work we do here matters.Department Overview Current Product Engineering (CPE) is responsible to process escalated customer cases
from the field, investigate validity, root cause and propose corrective action. The team works closely with Customers, Service team and Design engineering to ensure a seamless end to end experience for the customer.
We are also responsible to drive for design changes in shipping products in the case of parts obsolescence to ensure continuity of supply

• Responsible for post design activities and working together with global regional team on customer escalated issues
• Perform necessary technical analysis and make decisions to provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Evaluate and analyze radio design, utilizing engineering equipment such as analyzers and oscilloscope, run simulation, experiments and etc.
• Engage in prototype bring-up and debugging, functional verification, manufacturing support, regulatory & reliability certification & standard

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering
• 2 - 3 years working experience in Electrical / Electronics design
• Good analytical skill & understanding of schematics diagram
• Excellent problem solving and inter team coordination skill
• Customer focused and result oriented
• Ability to work and communicate well across different design centers / regional teams.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, able to multi-task, analytical, self motivated and a good team player
• Strong inter-personal skills
