Senior Embedded Solutions Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a self-driven and entrepreneurial individual who possesses strong technical skills in embedded engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive focus customer projects to success by providing in-depth engineering support and helping clients successfully design products using Microchip\'s product.
- Engage with Microchip Client Engagement, Marketing and Business Unit teams to provide pre- and post-sales technical support to clients
- Co-create and execute business development strategies along with Client Engagement team from technical perspective
- Deliver technical training to fellow ESEs, Client Engagement team, clients, and channel partners
- Support Client Engagement team in identifying new opportunities, drive discussions with client-side System Architects and R&D teams, understand their needs and propose solutions based on Microchip product offerings that can solve their challenges and help differentiate them from their competitors
- Technical coordination and project management for in-house projects and developments.
- Willing Travel to receive training or to support other regions as needed
BS degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience with embedded system design
Experience with embedded microcontrollers and system architecture design
Experience with embedded C programming language and associated tools
Strong problem solving and system debugging skills
