Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in PCB Assembly environment.
• Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical).
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Statistical Tools.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Skills(s): PCBA / SMT

Responsibilities

• Design and implement optimum engineering processes through the use of DFM, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
• Generate & review the process flow to enhance quality and productivity through Best Practices Assembly Processes, Jigs & Fixtures Design Concepts, Error Proofing, and WI.
• Review FAI to verify and ensure parts conformance to customer requirements.
• Procure and maintain PCB Gerber files.
• Coordinate and ensure proper implementation of ECN.
• Generate, maintain and ensure 100% accuracy of BOM into the system.
• Review in details customer documentations materials and conduct evaluations, prepare engineering report for Back End Processes and prepare part approval submission.
• Maintain Firmware, Device Programming Label, and Gerber files in the share directory.
• Provide Engineering support for SMT operation.
• To conduct investigation for customer complaints and document investigation results following company quality procedures.
• Ensure sub-ordinates are properly trained and motivated for improved performance as a team.
