In your new role you will: Test package generation for new products with higher complexity(software & hardware development). Test package optimization & sustaining and/or sub-cons technicalsupport. Innovate test concepts & methods (feasibility & realization inproduction testing).Responsible for test knowledge transfer to production, test packagebuy-off and documentation. Participate in new tester platform benchmarking. Enhance test package with Zero defects approach (IV leakage test,poka-yoka mixing, etc.) Participation in Community of Practice within Test Engineeringcommunity and also exchange/sharing knowledge in the global TestEngineering community. Demonstrate measurable impact on working results on a local basis (MALDC). Contributes to the success of project/team, shares knowledge withinproject/team and demonstrate capability & dedication to solve problems Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics/Power Analog/ Physics / Microelectronics / Semiconductor Technology). 3 to 5 years of experience in Power Discrete Products Testing andfamiliar with Automated Test Equipment (ATE). Experience in ATE measurement equipment\'s (E.g. oscilloscope,thermostream, handler basic operation). Experience with some number of years on high power/voltage switchingknowledge know-how, Teradyne ETS88 tester and ipTest will bean addedadvantage. Statistical data analysis. Sound knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation,loadboard design, layout optimizations & simulation. Good aptitude & passion in engineering analysis with systematicapproach, problem solving and solution finding.
