• The area of responsibility for the DQMP: comprises all the activities and work products of the project\'s development team, including the disciplines EE, ME, SW, & SW Functional Testing and Display Technologies.
• Involvement in development projects and must be maintained from the start of Concept Refinement Phase until the end of Product Validation phase
• Plan Quality Assurance activities for the mentioned discipline(s) within the project\'s life cycle
• Monitor compliance to the defined process and quality of the work products
• Drive the definition of improvement actions for the non-conformances and track their implementation to closure
• Communicate non-conformances & their associated risks to relevant stakeholders and escalate as per defined strategy
• Guide the team through coaching, when the defined processes and guidelines are not correctly understood

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management in project engineering
• Experience with quality management methods, including auditing
• Experience with tools for quality management, auditing and quality assurance
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of Functional Safety Management and Security
• Knowledge of customer and legal process standards (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 26262, SPICE, CMMI, etc.)
• Excellent communication, analytical capability and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of processes for: development (all disciplines), testing, integration and manufacturing
