JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within the workplace. Oversees risk assessments, safety training, audits, and incident investigations to maintain a safe and healthy working environment. Supports continuous improvement of EHS programs and promotes safety awareness across the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORIZATION LEVEL

Assisting to deal with Daily operation of the department on daily issued. Assisting to maintain & trouble-shooting for the machines and equipment. Work with Machine Supplier on trouble-shooting and perform Automation m/c set up and test run. Assist guidance and knowledge training to Technician and review their work performs. Define the spare part inventory control item and do part purchase. Assist and work with Project team or Operation Department for New Project preparation and set up efficiency. Arrangement, modifying jip & fixture to improve the operation. Perform 5S Housing Keeping on workplace. Review and monitor KPI, do Continue improvement program, to maximum efficiency, safety, reliability and economic viability in accordance with the budget allocation, policy and operational standards laid down by the management. Make decision of Spare part purchase after getting approval.

JOB-RELATED SKILLS

Must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent discipline. Minimum 5 years related working experience. Good interpersonal skills. Mature and self-motivated individual. Analytical and good problem-solving skills Excellent team player. Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
