Senior Engineer/ Engineer- Prototyping & Sample Built

Duties and responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and manage resources and requirements to support samples built activities for research and development project up-to DV completion.
• Incumbent works on coordination on mouldings and assembly activities and rapid prototyping for samples built. This may include equipment training and maintenance on equipment for prototyping.
• Liaise with other operational areas in the organisation (for example manufacturing, engineering, quality control) to ensure tasks assigned able to completed on time and within budget.
• This may include conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
• For more senior position, manage all aspects of a large scale, complex, or significant engineering project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.

Professional competencies

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics Mechatronics or any comparable field.
• Experiences in sample build activity from research and development projects up-to DV completion.
• Candidates have experience in manufacturing, production, NPI, and process are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with different levels of people.
• Good to have experience in the medical industry.
• Working experience in Research & Development is an added advantage.
• Must be able to contribute to team success, willing to learn continuously, and demonstrate high commitment and willingness to take responsibility.
