Job description
In your new role you will:

• Coordinate and monitor implementation of environment and safety management system and drive improvement programs and activities related to the requirements compliance to the system.
• Coordinate periodic internal and external audit, monitor and follow up internal and external audit corrective and preventive actions.
• Involve in CSR audit
• Maintain and communicate legal register of environment, safety and health requirements, including customer requirements.
• Internal and External ESH Communication not limited to coordinate internal and external ESH complaint and Local authorities visits, and follow up.
• Promote employees\' ESH / environmental / chemical awareness through induction, training, campaigns , etc.
• Coordinate ESH competencies plantwide for ESH Personnel and IMPRES Coordinators and involve in task specific training requirement for shopfloors.
• Coordinate the data collection, analysis, evaluation and validation of plant wide sustainability data.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety and Health/ Science or Engineering
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in ESH
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
• Certified Lead auditor for ISO 14001 and ISO 4500
• Knowledgeable and experienced in internal and external audit
• Well versed in legal requirements such as EQA, OSH Act and Regulations and customer requirements
• Good interpersonal skill and ability to work with others.
• Excellent written and communication skill.
• Good data management skill
