• Define, design, develop, and deliver process solutions include jigs, fixtures, tray, pallet, automation equipment and etc.
• Develop concept, design, deployment new equipment to support Lights OUT manufacturing by coordinating internal and external resources, ROI calculation, creating P spec and ensuring on time delivering.
• Upgrade existing machine to improve the performance with cost effective solution.
• DOE & Failure Analysis knowledge
• Identify and study potential upgrade to existing process to automate and develop best practices within operations.
• Review and advise potential integration of existing or new manufacturing systems/platforms and metrology practices.
• Manage relationship with project stakeholders & vendors and to handle/oversee project progress.
• Provide summary dashboard of project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks & issues to all stakeholders.
• Project management skill. Manage the project from zero until release to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or Master in Engineering
• Have experience and knowledge in product, jig and equipment design.
• Knowledge of engineering knowledge or inspection algorithm are added advantage.
• A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Project, PMP or any project management skill.
