Job description
In your new role you will:
- Coordinate overall End of Line TPM systematic/activities.
- Support for End of Line maintenance engineering and ramp up of new technology (package, product, process)
- Responsible all End of Line Safety, Health and Environment activities including OSHAS 18000 and EMS ISO14000 Audits.
- Responsible for repeat order End of Line equipment buyoff and release to production based on timeline given.
- Manage/drive machine innovative & improvement projects (eg. Perfect Tool Setup) to achieve best equipment efficiency
- Conduct weekly 5S audit on responsive equipment
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalent.
- More than 3 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
