Senior Engineer - Facilities (Operations)

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for corrective, preventive maintenance to facilities equipment, energy optimization, common system improvement.
• Ensure facilities utilities support to production with minimum / no production downtime.
• Develop maintenance program and tracking.

Professional competencies

• Degree in Engineering, preference in Mechanical or Electrical or Automation (PLC SCADA) field.
• Experience in Facility instrumentation and PLC SCADA system (or BMS), mechanical HVAC process system (Chiller, AHU, pump, air compressor, exhaust etc.) and Cleanroom Grade C & D monitoring system.
• Experience in Facility maintenance and operations, using SCADA or HMI to control and adjust desired process PID loop, manage alarm. Experience & knowledge in instrumentation.
• Able to use Autocad or viewer, read and understand P&ID dwg, cricuit diagram and construction drawing.
• Experience from Building M&E construction background, project installation for facility system is a an added advantage.
• Experience working with MNC company as internal/ external inhouse contractor in facility field is an added advantage.
• Must be able execute efficiently by completing tasks and projects successfully.
