In your new role you will:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or relevant courses
- IATF 16949
- FMCS, SPC
- RCM &FMECA
- SAP Application
- Legal Requirement (FMA, OSHA, UBBL, NFPA etc)
- Green Line, Clean Room requirement
- 8D Methodology
- Project Management, PNID, AUTOCAD
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- To ensure continuous smooth Operation of Plant Facilities infraservices. Ensuring Zero ITP and Zero Incident and meeting Key Department result.
- To attend and manage any complaint related to PF infra services and report to PF OM Manager on any excursion.
- To monitor and follow up status complaints for ADeM in SAP PM.
- Analysis complaints data in monthly basis for departmental performance review.
- Update, track, monitor Facility Assets list and Assets maintenance inSAP-PM.
- Monitor and update Facility operation stability through SPC and reactin any case of unstability which need attention.
- Working together with other Facility Operation, Engineering and Project team in meeting departmental objectives.
- To manage teams of contractors on the operation of the HVAC,cleanroom and FMCS services.
- To ensure work place is maintained and performs in accordance to 5Spractice, ESH requirements and statutory compliance.
