n your new role you will: R
- esponsible to drive optimization & improvement to Facility Management& Control System (FMCS) & electrical system contribute toward productivity, reliability, stability, environmental E
- nsure Zero legal and corporate non-compliance in Facility Management& Control System (FMCS) and electrical system D
- evelop effective capacity monitoring and planning to ensure on time demand fulfillment in Facility Management & Control System (FMCS) and electrical system through FMECA, oneSAP etc D
- efine and maintain technology roadmap, specification, database and documentation for Facility Management & Control System (FMCS) and electrical system inline with local and corporate requirement S
- upport in project execution which includes but not limited to feasibility study, budgeting, preparation and approval of design criteria, calculation, specifications, drawings, documentation, cost control, reporting, handover; etc L
- ead and drive Industry 4.0 (i4.0) initiatives for the department contribute toward productivity, efficiency, automation S
- ite focal person in Facility Management & Control System (FMCS) and Electrical who provides technical support to project and operation team M
- aintain good working relationship with local authorities such as TNB, ST, etc
ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B
- achelor Degree in Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering M
- inimum 5 years related working experience in Facilities Management or related field/industry, preferably experience in semiconductor facilities management/services/engineering. G
- ood communicator with strong teamwork attitude M
- ulti-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks E
- xperienced with Siemens PCS7 and/or Tridium is an added advantage
