In your new role you will: Support delivery and onboarding activity for in-scope \'Enterprise 2Manufacturing (E2M)\' services. Assess existing use cases, identify new use cases and enable optimization measures/automation initiatives in the respective areas to achieve improvements in performance. Provide 2nd and/or 3rd-level support, solution administration, system maintenance, monitoring, and operation to meet customer SLA/targets. Be part of Global Projects to contribute within the area of delivery topics (including System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Training, Documentation, and Stabilization). Collaborate and coordinate with \'E2M Products & Applications\' experts, IT and business stakeholders in the area of Project delivery. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering. Minimum 1 - 3 years semiconductor experience with a focus on manufacturing execution system and /or supply chain integration applications. Possess strong knowledge in System Integration and Enterprise Integration Patterns (including messaging & file transfer, batch processing & event-based handling, Asynchronous & Synchronous integration styles). Deep knowledge and understanding on application service delivery and operations, including knowledge in various application tool and technologies. Knowledge on E2Open\'s \'Manufacturing Visibility\'(E2MV) product will bean added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work both independently and a team player in a global setup. Possesses proactive behavior, eager to learn, adaptive and \'hands-on\' at work. Good knowledge of Oracle (PL/SQL, SQL scripts), Windows / Unix platform, test automation, distributed and middleware systems. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
