Job Description

In your new role you will: Provide 2nd level support for Backend Capacity Planning (BE CPL) application . Change request management for BE CPL application : Requirement gathering with business users design analysis with system and business analyst. Act as a quality gate for application data and functionality planning and execution of test cases with vendor. Collaborate with onsite/offshore development/operation team to implement/ enhance/maintain the application, ability to liaise with the external service provider. Work closely with business users to ensure system compliance with business process and continuous improvement. Work together with vendor and IT OS team , ensure system stability (server upgrade, monitoring, patches, improvement). Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: A Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with 3-5 years of relevant professional experience . Knowledge in Oracle and PL/SQL, programming skills such as C# / Java/ VB.net , etc. Knowledge in Tableau or any reporting tools . Strong at analytical trouble shooting and problem-solving skills , with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Understanding of supply chain management is an added advantage. Self-driven and fast learner, self-motivation and proactive. Good communication skill in English. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
