Job Description
In your new role you will: Be part of the global application support team with focus on global operational topics related to operational technology platforms(Eg. AntiVirus, Backup-Solutions, Network-Separation-Technologies) Work with the global development and platform teams to ensure the reliability, availability and security of the supported applications Work closely with the global technical experts to provide and support the solutions efficiently to the local and regional business teams Responsible to supportbusiness equipmentusingstandard IT services Understand the requirements from the regional business teams and bring up the topics to the global team for proper solution implementation Document the issues raised by the business teams, provide solutions and follow up on them to closure Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor of Computer Science / Information Technology or any equivalent course Experience supporting applications like AntiVirus or Backup-Solutions for Endpoints Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems Experience with old operating-systems are beneficial Experience in customer support roles Good spoken and written English language skills Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
