In your new role you will: Administer, Manage, Maintain and implement changes to IT Service Management Application landscape. Support automation (workflow, VRO, etc) in IT service management (e.g. Service Request automation) Incident Management , troubleshooting and problem solving of ITSM solutions. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Experience in IT Service Management (E.g.
