Data Center project
Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
- Assist Construction Manager in the organization and planning of construction activities for the construction work program
- Check that all works (including subcontractors) are carried out based on established method statements/procedures, specifications and contract requirements
- Check that quality records are raised and maintained to comply with quality requirements
- Submit progress reports to Management
- Liaise with engineering team on the technical design and processes to meet project requirements
- Liaise with consultants and subcontractors as and when necessary for clarification of work specifications
- Assist in tendering, procurement and contracting processes on technical matters
- Study, highlight and resolve discrepancies of drawings and specifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- 5 years' C&S experience at construction industry
- Good understanding of the operations and processes in the construction industry
- Practical knowledge of project plan development and implementation
- Good knowledge of local business and government rules and regulations
