Senior Engineer

Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in municipal or civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of municipal infrastructure design standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools, and engineering simulations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, water recticulation, sewerage, etc.).
- Oversee project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and prepare technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and policies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including local authorities, clients, and contractor.
- Manage project risks and troubleshoot issues during the construction phase.
