Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in municipal or civil engineering.
Strong knowledge of municipal infrastructure design standards and regulations.
Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools, and engineering simulations.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, water recticulation, sewerage, etc.).
Oversee project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and prepare technical reports.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and policies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including local authorities, clients, and contractor.
Manage project risks and troubleshoot issues during the construction phase.
