In your new role you will: Drive and execute quality control needs within Change Management Organize and manage the review boards for Process Change Review Board(PCRB) Checker role for Change Management and interface to FE Changes Support Material/Equipment/Process/Production Change Qualification,qualification plan & report summary generation. Coordinator between reliability lab & project team. Drive standardization & harmonization of Business Process within thesite. Organize and manage the review boards for Equipment Qualification. Checker role for Equipment Qualification submission Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree holder in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Applied Sciencewith major in Physics/Chemistry/Material Science. Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field. Experience in semiconductor Backend Assembly and/or Test processes. Knowledge in quality system and tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D Knowledge of TS16949 and VDA6.3 will be an added advantage. Independent and able to work with minimum supervision Good interpersonal skills and able to work with people from all levels.
