• Machine trouble shoot and maintenance.
• Documents (OCAP/FMEA/WI/Equipment/Training material generation, update and maintenance.
• Line abnormalities, quality issue, safety, yield loss and output and in time action taken.
• Lead KPI and KIP projects on machine performance improvement, cost reduction, yield, quality, capacity and productivity improvements.
• Work with Process, R&D on new material and package development for machine related items.
• Machine/tooling buy-off and standardization.
• Follow up customer audit and action implementation.
• 8D preparation and presentation for QAF cases.
• Support other function teams for key projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above in engineering or mechanical engineering.
• 2+ year working experience in Equipment engineering, Process or related.
• Machine/ mechanical knowledge in design and optimization.
• Expertized in data analysis and problem solving
• Be good at QC skill, such as 7QC tools, MSA, SPC, 8D report, DOE etc.
• Familiar with reporting/data analysis software.(PPT, excel, JMP, AUTOCAD\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Detail and action oriented, self-started, ability to work independently and to deliver high quality solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with multi-functional team member, with good communication skills.
• Good verbal and written in English.
