• Setup production line, equipment installation, repair, and maintenance / calibration.
• Program and operate equipment related PCBA production Printers, Placers, Oven, AOl and so on)
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfAssist in developing and refining manufacturing process with manufacturing engineers
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfValidate production equipment
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfParticipate in manufacturing trials by preparing coupon-level samples
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfSupervise automated electrical and mechanical test equipment
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfRoll out process changes to production equipment
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfRespond to advanced maintenance issues
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfInteract daily with Manufacturing Engineers to communicate results and receive tasks
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfAssist with root cause analysis of machine failure
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfAssist Manufacturing Engineers with ensuring equipment and processes meet production capacity targets and outputs
• To provide technical support to Production and communicate with customers on the technical aspects of related equipment. To support PFMEA & Control Plan creation and coordinate its implementation.
• To ensure Customer specification is implemented to the equipment in manufacturing.
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfTo support process optimization and cycle time reduction to achieve the KPI target defined by Management.
• \xef\xbb\xbfTo handle new project machine programming such as placer, AOl, SPI....
• To handle machine uptime, machine efficiency, machine utilization, machine PM, machine buy-off and calibration engineer.
• To keep machine for maximum uptime and best product quality
• \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfTo be responsible for SMT machine uptime and maintenance

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Min Bachelor or higher Engineering degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, & etc.)
• Min 2-5 years of working experience in Semiconductor Process development
• Expertise/Experience in SMT knowledge and added advantage
• Knowledge in Semiconductor assembly processes
• Familiarize with Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical
• Self- motivated, possess initiatives and ability to lead and work independently
• Good project planning, strong sense of quality and urgency
• Team lead with good communication and interpersonal skills

SKILLS:

• Knows how to read and interpret machine diagrams with good machine troubleshooting knowledge.

• Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated.

• Team player.
