PMM operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. You will lead and guide operation value stream process/test - validation, technical support and process quality for our electronic devices in our manufacturing partners' sites to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, productivity and improve sustainability. . Communicate and validate process changes and cycle time for PVT build onwards including Rework process with manufacturing partners. Coordinate document submission - deviation (material/process), waiver, TPCN/TPCR for SCR review. . Develop, analyze and enhance manufacturing methods and fixture design to improve productivities, process yield and cost. Chair weekly process yield, output and quality meeting. . Supervise new product ramp up readiness and raise DFM issues found during PVT run. Follow up with action owners on issue closure. . Drive and lead change management process - Pre-ECN and Post ECN build. . Update and coordinate quality improvement plan on weekly basis base on top Field/RMA failure rate/defects. . Support validation run for Second source requested by Procurement by reviewing results with suppliers before publish. Review supplier outgoing inspection criteria and propose manufacturing partners incoming inspection requirement. . Obtain, Update and Monitor Master equipment and tooling/fixture list for each platform. Coordinate calibration and maintenance checklist for NPI equipment/fixtures. . Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs reviewing production schedules estimating future requirements. . Ensure all corrective action plans are accompanied with preventive actions to ensure no reoccurrence. Who we're looking for . Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering. . 5-8 year experience in test engineering, product or process engineering supporting manufacturing of electronics consumer product with minimum 2 years of working experience in large volume manufacturing environment. . Good knowledge on manufacturing test equipment validation, GR&R and cPK study Familiar with Lean methodology, PFMEA and Process statistical tool. . Experience in Test Engineering is an added advantage.
