Job Description
In your new role you will: Responsible for new technology transfer, production setup, qualification ramp for Mass Production. Committed to KPI performance, support production ramp, drive for achieving quality, yield stability of technology after release. Sensitive to deviation, support on time risk lots assessment & provide fast feedback to unit processes to prevent further impact on products &production. Lead a change on responsible technology whenever needed. Be able to lead on technical topics across functional, cross technologies projects. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Physics/Material Science/Microelectronic Minimum 5 years of working experience in Semiconductor industry is preferred Knowledge in semiconductors physics, passionate in technical on products and processes of power devices In depth knowledge in all type of analysis and problem solving methodologies e.g. 8D, SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma & DOE. Knowledge in Microsoft office is essential , excellent communication skills. Continue strike for excellent, innovative, data driven & Team up for best result.
