Perform functional and parametric test debug, understand the interaction between test software, hardware and product under test, evaluate on bench to correlate with test data, document and present findings, release new products to production, support sustaining products and implementation of any customer issues. Must be able to format, analyze, and reach valid conclusions from data and be able to present process/product improvement recommendations to the product team as required. Document and present findings, for development, sustaining, and customer product support as required. Collaborate with cross functional team (Design, Packaging and Test Engineers etc). Work closely with manufacturing team for any post release sustaining and cost reduction effort. Support Failure Analysis engineering through validation and determination of the root cause of a device failure. Lead project plan and schedule, manage time and resources to deliver quality deliverables according to planned schedule. Job Requirement: BS or MS Degree in Electrical/Electronic equivalent relevant experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in Power, Analog, Mixed-Signal IC product test development and product characterization. Experience in high volume testing of semiconductor devices, test methodology, and sampling plan. Working knowledge of C/C++, Python, Visual BASIC, or LabVIEW is an added advantage Experience with ATE platforms such as ETS364, NI LIN2/GP3 and PnP test handlers is an added advantage Proficient in data analysis software, interpretation of test data against datasheet\'s requirements, failure analysis and debug techniques. Self-driven, good time management and planning and integrity to deliver highest quality of work.
