In your new role you will: Product & Test Engineering for yield improvement, lot disposition,test program release, test ratio and new product introduction. Product yield improvement. Lot disposition as test quality gate. Test Program buyoff and released. Test ratio project (test time reduction) for test productivityimprovement New Product Introduction Train and guide junior engineer for product knowledge Drive cross functional test for product and test yield improvement Drive quality improvement project across functional team. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology) Minimum 1-3 year product engineering experience in semiconductor Statistical methods and tools Manufacturing process Product reliability and qualification Physical analysis methods Automatic test equipment and tools Strong analytic work methodology and problem solving skills Project management skills Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
