Job Description

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Instrument engineering.

2. Minimum of 3 years experience in the

PCB manufacturing environment is an advantage

.

3. Knowledgeable in problem solving, root cause analysis & diagnosing faults.

4. Possess good knowledge of production processes and implement improvements to enhance work efficiency and optimize productivity.

Responsibilities:

1. To supervise and responsible on his subordinates activities toward achieving his group target and goal and actively involve in the future product development.

2. To planning, undertaking and exercise scheduled and preventive maintenance activities to minimize breakdown of jigs and fixtures and equipment.

3. To check and approve the maintenance report in accordance with maintenance schedule.

4. To ensure that the equipment used on production line are in good condition and calibrate and maintain cleanliness of work area (5s) at all times.

5. To maintain safety stock level of consumable tools and inspection of product.

6. To identify areas of improvement and manage the maintenance procedures in improving the test and inspection of product. To conduct continuous improvement project on jig components, fixtures or fittings.

7. To responsible on the safety environment of work place and safety rules and regulation are observed at all times.

8. To liaise with other supporting departments/section in minimizing problems and downtime.

9. To comply with any additional responsibilities as and when assigned by his superior.

10. Dealing with Japan counterparts as and when necessary on any related issues.

11. Participate in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 activities and ensure compliance within work scope.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,200.00 per month
