In your new role you will:

• Ensure compliance of control plan deployment and quality controlsare regularly reviewed for relevancy.
• Line sustaining by non conformance handling in the line through DDM,MRB, QMR, Red/Yellow Tag systematic, as well as drive for improvement.To involve and support DDM, MRB and 8D\'s CAPA verification.
• Analyze and drive for quality improvement based on internal andexternal KPIs including SPC and Cpk monitoring.
• Conduct regular reviews on compliance in production floor and followup on findings. Support external and internal audit.
• Regular review of documentation (specifications, FMEA, etc) toensure it fits actual practice. Drive quality awareness, processcontrols set up and in line process procedures. Drive Work Instruction,Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP), Quality Buy-off criteria and ensurecustomer requirements are met.
• Responsible to quarantine material and execute lot disposition forFE QMR within a defined timeline
• Support ramp Up after A9, CM8.2. Support risk assessment forinternal and external non conformance, and process changes (GCM)projects.
• Support on qualification, buy off and safe lunch of new product,materials and machine.
• Follow up & ensure Improvement Projects roll outper define time frame & effectiveness tracking

• Degree holder in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Applied Science with major in Physics/Chemistry/Material Science
