Key Role

• To identify potential and retrofitting business opportunities in the HVAC industry.
• To achieve Retrofit Solution Sales & Profit Targets set by the Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential customers.
• Promote HVAC energy solutions and secure retrofit projects.
• Participate in System Solution Improvement Proposals: Quotations, Tenders, Energy Audit, Project Follow Up and Successfully Award.
• Participate in Project Planning, Site Coordination, Project Implementation, Site Supervision, Closing Sales, Capture All Costs, and follow up on Collection.
• Conducting site audits and suggesting energy solution ideas which will help improve site efficiency for our existing customers or any new customer who has active installation base.
• Coordinate with the internal team members and clients to ensure work is carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager (Retrofit Solution) and Head of Service.

RequirementsThe candidate is expected to possess, but not limited to the following specific abilities:

• Competitive and has the drive for growth.
• Communication skills (verbal & written).
• Business correspondence writing skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a related position.
