PMM operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. You will represent the PMI Quality to craft, develop, and implement strategies to improve Electro-Mechanical Component supplier quality performance, keeping safety of our products as the guiding principle. Ensure quality and cost efficiency of materials by deploying processes, capability tools and continuous improvement projects. . Accountable for supplier's performance, collaborate with suppliers' manufacturing process for potential improvements strengthen supplier quality system by leading quality improvement projects and perform trainings internally and externally as needed. . Based on the supplier risk level, perform periodic assessments of current suppliers in order to identify and mitigate the risks Investigate and handle supplier non conformities, root causes analysis and implement corrective actions by quality tools (8D/5WHY'S). . Support new product introduction, including Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA)/ advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). . Ensure continued compliance of supplier by means of periodic on site audit as well as remote monitoring follow up on corrective actions (CAR) resulting from audit findings. Who we're looking for . BSc degree in Engineering or equivalent. . 8+ years of progressive quality experience in consumer electronics or industrial manufacturing environment. . Demonstrated experience in managing complex electro-mechanical assemblies as system components. . Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques for plastics, metals as well as assembly processes involving electronic components . Project management experience considered a plus. . Experience in process manufacturing management (SPC, special processes). . Experience in Lean Six Sigma principles, certified Black/green belt is preferred. . Strong communication and shown leadership capability to drive above the line thinking ability to network and influence at every organizational level, internally and externally.
