Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering Energy Solution presentations to end clients, addressing both technical design questions and financial cash flow inquiries.
• Collect critical chiller performance data on-site during the initial audit, compile and determine the Business as Usual (BAU) air conditioning system efficiency and annual cooling usage (RTHr).
• Support the redesign of chilled water systems to improve efficiency to the ASHRAE \xe2\x80\x9cGood\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cExcellent\xe2\x80\x9d range.
• Assist in resizing chillers, pump flow, pump heads, and cooling towers to meet ASHRAE \xe2\x80\x9cGood\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cExcellent\xe2\x80\x9d efficiency standards.
• Compile quotations from suppliers and contractors, optimizing project costs.
• Conduct financial analyses of Daikin and end client cash flows, including electrical savings and payback period indicators.
• Analyze 24-hour chilled water system efficiency according to load profiles.
• Participate in detailed energy audits to collect critical parameters over a two-week on-site audit.
• Confirm all parameters and make necessary minor or major design changes from the high-level proposal.
• Develop detailed, binding proposals for end clients according to their preferred business models, such as Outright Purchase, Performance Guarantee for the first year, Shared Savings model for ten years, Fixed and Variable Fee for ten years, Chilled Water selling RM/RTHr, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent qualifications with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or second class upper.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams (management, colleagues, sales, operations).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience related to air-conditioning knowledge and application in design, with expertise in electro-mechanical components and system integration.
• Familiarity with programming on Siemens BMS Controllers and HVAC applications is an added advantage.
