Job Description

In your new role you will:

Develop the next generation of SiC technologies Develop new voltages classes and broadening the functionality of the existing products Support the ramp up and yield learning phase of new technology platforms like CoolSiC together with the process integration group Closely collaborate with PSS production management, unit process and process integration engineers of FAB Villach Develop new MOSFET generations, define together with TCAD and application experts the features of the upcoming generations Define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap together with unit process development engineers Plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments including statistical DoEs and ensure process window Implement improvement regarding cost, yield and stability with change management processes and/or technology projects

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, Physics or comparable. PhD graduate will be an advantage Min. 3 years experience in technology development or process integration Sound knowledge in the field of semiconductor process technology and semiconductor device physics Sound knowledge of statistics and design of experiments Experience in project management as an advantage Knowledge of MOSFET technologies and product portfolio of Infineon is an advantage Excellent English communication
