Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior Engineer, Test Automation

to lead our test automation initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in automation frameworks, CI/CD processes, and diverse testing methodologies. This is a key technical role that requires strategic thinking, hands-on experience, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage a scalable test automation strategy and framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and align testing goals with overall project objectives. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as

Cypress

,

Selenium

, or

Robot Framework

. Integrate automated testing into the

CI/CD pipeline

to ensure continuous testing and deployment. Conduct

unit, functional, and integration testing

to ensure full coverage across software components. Analyze and report test results, providing actionable insights to enhance product quality. Maintain and improve the reliability, efficiency, and maintainability of automated tests. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts, environments, and CI/CD workflows. Document test plans, test cases, and results for transparency and knowledge sharing. Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in test automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science

,

Engineering

, or a related field. Minimum

3 years

of hands-on experience in

test automation

. Proven expertise with automation tools such as

Cypress

Selenium

, and/or

Robot Framework

. Strong understanding of

CI/CD processes

and integration tools. Experience in

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
