In your new role you will:

• Owner of the test package(s) under his/her responsibility, withsupporting role in the Test Development team:

• As a closed-feedback loop from quality and production experiences toimprove testpackage solution of new products.

• Support test package solution ( software and hardware ) for newproducts and existing products.

• Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Semiconductor Technology).
• 0-1 year of experience in Semiconductor Testing with Automated TestEquipment (ATE) know-how.
• Experience in ATE measurement equipments (oscilloscope, thermostream,prober/handler basic operation).
• Experience with basic programming knowledge (e.g. Visual Basic, C++and/or LabVIEW).
• Statistical data analysis.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Sound knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation.
• Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solutionfinding.
