n your new role you will: O
- wner of the test package(s) under his/her responsibility, withsupporting role in the Test Development team: A
- s a closed-feedback loop from quality and production experiences toimprove testpackage solution of new products. S
- upport test package solution ( software and hardware ) for newproducts and existing products.
ou are best equipped for this task if you have: M
- asters/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Semiconductor Technology). 0
- -1 year of experience in Semiconductor Testing with Automated TestEquipment (ATE) know-how. E
- xperience in ATE measurement equipments (oscilloscope, thermostream,prober/handler basic operation). E
- xperience with basic programming knowledge (e.g. Visual Basic, C++and/or LabVIEW). S
- tatistical data analysis. A
- nalytical and problem solving skills. S
- ound knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation. G
- ood aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solutionfinding.
