Senior Engineer Test Engineering
Job Description
In your new role you will: Owner of the test package(s) under his/her responsibility, withsupporting role in the Test Development team: As a closed-feedback loop from quality and production experiences toimprove testpackage solution of new products. Support test package solution ( software and hardware ) for newproducts and existing products. Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Semiconductor Technology). 0-1 year of experience in Semiconductor Testing with Automated TestEquipment (ATE) know-how. Experience in ATE measurement equipments (oscilloscope, thermostream,prober/handler basic operation). Experience with basic programming knowledge (e.g. Visual Basic, C++and/or LabVIEW). Statistical data analysis. Analytical and problem solving skills. Sound knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation.
