In your new role you will: Responsible for process quality on equipment/process level Responsible for self contain improvement in responsible package line Ensure KPIs are met especially on the FAR, Yield (Mech) and DDM Establish and prepare briefing format to prevent line personnel from repeating mistake. Initiate monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes and materials Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems with process Establish, review and update FMEA, Process Specs, Process Flow, Work Instruction and OJTIs Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Semiconductor Technology) More than3 years working with semiconductor FOL/EOL background are welcome to apply Test & Mark Scan Pack (MSP) handler know-how (experience with Rasco SO3000 will be added advantage) Having experience in leading and driving project (Cost saving/Quality) Strong analysis skill with statistic approach Good understanding on Auto-vision system & control Good understanding on Measurement System Analysis (MSA) andGauge Reproducibility and Repeatability (GRnR) Good understanding on 8D and able to prepare 8D report Familiar Process Documentation (APA, OJTI, FMEA) Familiar with DMAIC (Candidate with 6 sigma belter will be an added advantage) Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
