Company Overview
A subsidiary of a global group specializing in manufacturing components, assemblies, and processes for industries such as semiconductor and healthcare. The company focus in plastic engineering production and manufacturing of machine components and equipment for sectors including semiconductors and medical devices.

• Oversee the integration of mechanical and electrical subsystems into complete assemblies.
• Manage manufacturing engineering at the component level.
• Develop and execute assembly strategies to ensure products are consistent, efficient to manufacture, and meet quality requirements.
• Examine and authorize technical drawings, and testing documentation for both systems and components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and product assembly efficiency.
• Provide guidance in troubleshooting complex systems and managing engineering changes.
• Coach and develop engineering staff.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Support pre-production testing, factory validation, and qualification activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in capital equipment, semiconductor, or automation system integration
• At least 5 years in senior technical or managerial roles.
• Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Systems Engineering; PMP certification preferred.
• Good in technical problem-solving, planning, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strategic and execution-focused mindset with ability to lead high-performance engineering teams.
