Key Responsibilities Define, maintain, and communicate the organization's current and target-state enterprise architecture across business, application, data, and technology domains. Partner with business leaders to ensure IT strategies and architecture support business goals, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage. Develop Target Operating Models (TOM) and capability maps for key business domains. Identify opportunities to optimize end-to-end processes, reduce complexity, and improve technology adoption. Own and drive the target-state architecture roadmap for assigned domains (e.g., digital, operations, customer experience, finance, risk, or platform services). Translate business capabilities into modular, scalable architecture designs that guide transformation initiatives. Maintain architecture roadmaps, capability heatmaps, and application rationalisation plans to support modernization and lifecycle management. Facilitate alignment between business, technology, and delivery teams through clear communication and architectural leadership. Ensure all architecture designs comply with corporate governance, security, regulatory requirements, and enterprise-wide standards. Lead and govern architecture reviews for major initiatives, ensuring alignment with principles, guidelines, and non-functional requirements. Provide oversight throughout project lifecycles to ensure architectural integrity and adherence. Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., cloud, AI/ML, APIs, microservices, automation) for applicability to business needs. Lead exploratory assessments, PoCs, and research on future trends and their potential business impact. Champion best practices, modernization approaches, and next-generation architecture principles. Apply industry-standard frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, ITIL, and others as relevant. Ensure alignment with internal and external policies, architecture standards, and risk/compliance requirements. Support enterprise governance forums such as Architecture Review Boards and strategic planning committees. Qualifications & Experience 12-15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related technical leadership roles. Proven track record driving large-scale transformation, modernization, and technology strategy initiatives. Strong experience collaborating with senior executives and influencing C-level decisions. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree or professional certifications (TOGAF, ArchiMate, cloud certifications) are advantageous. Experience with architecture frameworks, modeling tools, cloud platforms, integration technologies, and modern application design principles.
