Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and facility equipment (e.g., pumps, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gearboxes, rotating equipment). Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance schedules and best practices. Lead mechanical installations, upgrades, and equipment commissioning projects. Diagnose complex mechanical failures and recommend permanent corrective actions. Support the development and optimization of maintenance procedures, checklists, and SOPs. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to improve equipment performance and reliability. Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior technicians and maintenance staff. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards at all times. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability programs.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience:

Technical diploma or associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. Minimum of 2

-5 years of experience

in equipment maintenance, with strong mechanical emphasis in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience with rotating machinery, precision alignment, and vibration analysis is highly preferred.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
