Job Description
Lead & manage EHS (Environment, Health and Safety), and maintenance function of the facilities and equipment
Ensure the site can fully meet the regulatory and sustainability goals from both corporate and local authorities while maintaining all the equipment, facilities and infrastructure in tip top condition.
Leading EHS HPT to comply to corporate and local authorities' requirements
Site representative for regulatory inspections (e.g., JKKP, DOE, BOMBA)
Develop and improve maintenance KPIs (e.g., equipment downtime, OEE, MTTR, MTBF)
Drive and implement continuous improvement projects and carbon reduction projects.
Analyze and resolve EHS compliances issues, facilities and equipment problems
Lead risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes
Ensure spare parts availability and manage suppliers and service contractors.
Provides technical and operational recommendations in meeting manufacturing goals, minimizing business interruption risk due to noncompliance, and maintaining a safe, incident free workplace.
Conduct safety audit and Genba
Safety evaluation and support in any plant layouts change
Support on safety features evaluation in new jigs & fixtures design tasks
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Environmental) or equivalent. Minimum 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferable proficiency in use of AUTOCAD or Inventor. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence change in safety culture and environmental performance. Strong knowledge of corporate EHS management systems and regulatory frameworks. Familiar with local legal and authorities' requirements, lean implementation and problem-solving tools. Well verse in ISO14001, ISO45001 and OSHA will be a plus. Possesses strong leadership, organizing and analytical ability. Hard working, teamwork and strong communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
