within Honeywell, professional proposal development personnel and Global resources to support assigned
opportunities. Identifies and mitigates all perceived barriers to ensure successful submission of the Honeywell
response.Sales Process: Assist the Sales Support Centre leader in building and motivating a dynamic sales support
centre team to cultivate and deliver project results; Manage sales support centre and functional SME resources
to maximize results from assigned opportunities; Provide consultative support for building value propositions for
HBS solutions; Support the sales professional in their role as customer\'s ambassador/ advocate; Maximize
competitive wins.Customers: Facilitating competitive strategy planning with the team; drive key initiatives with sales professionals
and leaders; Network effectively both internally (Honeywell personnel) and externally (consultants) to ensure
Honeywell response is accurate, identifies Honeywell innovation and value proposition.People Management: Attract, mentor, and develop bid team members in support of sales excellence;
encourages and supports learner driven development;; Identify strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and
build a high performing team; Strong working relationship with sales professional and leaders of assigned
opportunities; Achieves results through people; Leads change for the betterment of the team; Provide ongoing
