Job Description

:

Duty and Responsibility: * To supervise warehouse staff to ensure Equipment orders are allocated, picked, packed and ready for delivery / collection as per planned schedule.

• To prepare machine for pre-installation (PI) and re-assembling.
• To ensure inbound stocks are accurately checked and counted before storing in the warehouse.
• To perform RMA receiving of new stocks in system.
• To maintain and ensure stocks are properly stored in the designated warehouse locators, synchronizing with system.
• To check and ensure used machines are returned accurately against RMA document.
• To allocate used machines for rework and refurbish activity.
• To conduct monthly cycle count and annual stock-take.
• To manage FIFO (first in first out) in order to reduce ageing stocks.
• To manage warehouse space optimization.
• To ensure housekeeping of warehouse is being carried out daily for a well- organized, tidy and clean warehouse.
• To support cannibalization request and manage machine build back process.
• To plan and carry out used machines & consumables disposal activity weekly.
• To ensure schedule waste are packed and properly stored in the designated location.
• Submission of all monthly reports relevant to the warehouse operations.
• To manage any ad-hoc assignment, task or reports requested by superior or manager.

Qualification: * Candidate must possess a diploma or a degree of any field.

• Male candidate is preferable.

Other attributes: * Able to work independently as well as a good team player

• Possess leadership quality
• Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure
• Must have some basic computer knowledge in MS Excel
• Flexible working hour (Sat or Sun if required) and longer working hour during month end closing period
