• Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Design and manage talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Implement performance management systems and processes to drive high performance and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Drive employee development initiatives, including career planning, training, and succession planning.
• Develop and maintain effective compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or sportswear industry.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
