Job Title: Senior Executive - Account & Finance



Our client is one of the listed property development and construction group located at Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Account & Finance Executive talent to join their team. This position reports to the Finance Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the inflow and outflow of funds, ensuring all supporting documents are verified prior to approving online and cheque payments.
• Perform reconciliations for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
• Monitor bank balances and cash flow positions to ensure there are sufficient funds to meet payment deadlines.
• Manage full set accounts, month-end closing, and prepare monthly management reports.
• Ensure companies\' accounts are completed in a timely and accurate manner, in compliance with governing standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors to ensure audit reports are completed within specified timelines.
• Ensure all documents are complete according to internal guidelines and policies for audit purposes.
• Prepare payment vouchers, debit notes, credit notes, and journals for verification by immediate superior/Manager.
• Monitor and maintain adequate cash flow and keep the cash book updated.
• Prepare reports as required by the Manager.

Job Requirements

• You must have at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• You must at least 3 years of financial experience, preferably in property development and/or construction industry.
• Experience in the audit field would be advantageous, particularly with knowledge of public listed companies.
• Prior experience using the IFCA system would also be advantageous.

Finance Manager.
