Handle daily petty cash reimbursements for lorry drivers and area supervisors, including proper bookkeeping records.
Review the accuracy of GL schedules, journal entries, and ledger postings on a monthly basis.
Prepare monthly management reports.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Liaise with external tax agents and auditors.
Ensure financial data entries are accurate, timely, and compliant with internal procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with the company secretary on documentation, obtain directors' signatures as needed, and maintain proper filing records.
Knowledge in handling full set of accounts.
JRequirements
Possess at least LCCI, Diploma in Accounting, or a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Experience in handling a full set of accounts is an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills.
Well-organized with great attention to detail.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Resourceful, quick learner, and positive working attitude.
Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to start immediately will be an advantage.
