Manage and prioritize the calendars of assigned executives, scheduling appointments and meetings to optimize their time and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Proactively anticipate executive needs and prepare briefing materials and presentations for meetings and conferences.
Draft and proofread correspondence, emails, and other documents for executives.
Oversee expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
Facilitate seamless communication internally and externally.
Audit admin documentation for best practices and policy compliance.
Maintain confidentiality of all executive communications and information.
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders as needed.
Provide support on special projects or another task as assigned by superior.
