  • Degree in PR, Journalism or Mass Comm
  • Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in related fields or from agency or copywriting background.
  • Experience in handling PR and media events.
  • Possess a high proficiency in English with strong writing skills.
  • Having an existing relationship with media influencers is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work well within teams or individually.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, resourceful and able to cope in a dynamic working environment
TanggungjawabKey Responsibilities
  • Crafts the communications messaging for the overall company, and to work with the management team to counsel and manage crisis response initiatives.
  • Manages media inquiries and interview requests, and develops stakeholder talking points.
  • Conducts research and provides input on all PR & Digital proposal preparations and Implements and executes corporate, PR and marketing communication plans.
  • Develops targeted and impactful PR programs, including customer stories, product launches, technical innovation and other thought leadership campaigns.
  • Establishes relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders to build and maintain the company\'s public brand perception through media relations, including press material preparations and influencer engagement.
  • Maintains and updates media/influencer lists, press contacts and email distribution lists.
  • Oversees and manages all contests, giveaways and other PR projects as and when required and continually evaluates partnership and sponsorship opportunities on an on-going basis.
  • Supports other departments in drafting written communications, capturing images and content creation.
  • Assists with coordinating with the marketing team on printed materials, assets and videos, and other key marketing communications priorities.
  • Adapts Starbucks continuously through the exploration and implementation of new systems, as well as suitable channels of communications.
