Job Responsibilities: - * To prepare authorization advice memo, budget schedule, update payment details for all Housing Development Accounts (HDA) / Project Development Accounts (PDA) withdrawal. * To ensure all withdrawals are within guideline Job Responsibilities: - To prepare authorization advice memo, budget schedule, update payment details for all Housing Development Accounts (HDA) / Project Development Accounts (PDA) withdrawal. To ensure all withdrawals are within guidelines as set by the Housing Development Act and responsible for release of payments with service standard. To prepare monthly Reports for HDA/PDA's Deposit / Sales Cancellation / Number of transactions. To prepare Letter of Disclaimer cum undertaking / Redemption Statement / Letter of Consent & instruction for interim security documents for all project financing accounts. To handle and attend to daily payment received for redemption sum / admin fees / handling fees. To prepare and attend to discharge of charge for all project financing accounts. To attend to the request or liaise with End Financiers/Solicitor/Developer/Customer for all matters relate to project financing account Any other assignments that may be assigned from time to time. Job Requirements :- Possess Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Economic Business Administration, Finance, Law or equivalent At least with 2-3 years relevant working experience in credit administration / credit operations / documentations in Corporate lending with knowledge of HDA Act Strong Problem solving Skills, able to prioritize work Strong in computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point). Team-player with positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
