The Digital Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising performance-driven digital marketing campaigns to maximise ROI, boost conversions, and drive customer acquisition. This role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of digital platforms, and hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
Optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and lead generation.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.
Manage remarketing/retargeting campaigns to re-engage target audiences.
Collaborate with agencies to develop campaign strategies and materials.
2. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and analyse campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Track conversion funnels and optimise user journeys to increase engagement and sales.
3. SEO & SEM
Support search engine marketing initiatives, including keyword research, ad copy development, and landing page optimisation.
Work closely with agencies, content teams, and SEO specialists to ensure integrated digital growth.
4. Market & Customer Insights
Conduct customer analysis to better understand needs and behaviours.
Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Keep up to date with industry best practices and competitor activities.
Present findings to management to support data-driven decision-making.
Assist the Marketing Manager in generating leads through both online and offline channels.
Collaborate in organising marketing activities and online campaigns, while monitoring their progress.
5. Data Analytics & Budget Management
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.) to track ROI and performance metrics.
Provide actionable insights for ongoing optimisation.
Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure effective and efficient spend allocation.
6. Collaboration & Strategy
Partner with creative/design teams and agencies to develop compelling ad creatives and visuals.
Work with event teams, school personnel, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
Stay informed on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or degree in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
Proficiency in analytics tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Meta Business Suite.
Experience in SEO and SEM strategies.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and audience segmentation.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills for ad messaging.
Familiarity with design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere) is an added advantage.
